ABOUT PROJECT
The specific goals of the L @ JOST project, which is planned for 24 months, are as follows:
1) Identify the current situation of the call center industry, identify needs and analyze employment opportunities in the "home based" call centers of the handicapped;
2) Developing a training and guidance curriculum for the disability in the call center sector (communication, problem solving, decision-making) and making the necessary arrangements in the training programs taking into account the special needs in the regions where the project partners are located;
3) Transfer IT training to countries by conducting 5 national workshops (Romania, Italy, Estonia, United Kingdom and Turkey) with project partners and exchange information with stakeholders on the subject;
4) Evaluate the results of each national workshop, disseminate successful practices, identify barriers, barriers and gaps for disabled people in terms of VET,
5) To summarize the outcomes, to disseminate the results within the national VET system,
6) To raise awareness of the use of IT tools, particularly to help vulnerable groups enter and participate in the labor market,
In project scope ; Partners from Turkey (2), Romania, Italy, Estonia and the United Kingdom, such as SME, NGO, government agency, VET server, are cooperating.
